Luxury service means attention to every detail—including the booking process. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to our policies. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!

  • Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service amount of your scheduled appointment.

    If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service amount of your scheduled appointment.

  • If you do not to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service amount of your scheduled appointment.
